Can I
order by telephone?
We currently do not have representatives available to accept orders via
telephone. Vintage TV and Movies is an internet based company doing business
online, and to keep our prices low for our valued customers, we do not have
representatives available to answer phone calls. If it becomes imperative that
you speak to us, please send us an email with your contact information and the
best time to reach you by phone. Please include your time zone. We are on
Pacific Time.
What
are your mailing costs?
Shipping and Handling within the USA.
0 - $9.99 = 99 Cents
All International orders must use the international
shipping buttons. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours by Priority mail
with tracking and delivery confirmation. We Never send
orders by Media mail as they can take up to 14 days to reach you.

What
payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and Diners Club). We also accept personal checks, certified bank
checks, and money orders by mail.
Is my
personal information kept private?
Absolutely! We will never give, rent or sell your personal information to any
other company for any reason. Our Newsletter Subscribers are offered special
selections and discounts that are not available to the general public so be
sure and join :-)
How good are your Products?
We use professional duplication equipment which produces NTSC Region 1 (DVD±) compatible in all DVD's in the US and Canada. We do not use computers or home style copiers. Although we quality check our products for defective discs, should you have a defective disc in your collection, simply contact us for a free replacement.
